Ordering an item from Firebusters Australia? We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and will try to facilitate compliance with your specific needs.

Important Note: The only restriction is with Kestrel Pocket Weather Meters. They cannot be shipped to Road Side Delivery (RSD) Locations. They can be shipped to PO Boxes however items will not be covered by our insurance. All other products can be sent to PO Boxes and RSD locations but please ensure that the delivery site will be secure.

Any unforseen costs (ie: re-delivery) generated by the Freight company may be passed on to customers. Note: For Kestrel Weather meters if you are not available to accept delivery a redelivery fee of $10.00 may apply.

Delivery Time

When you place an order, delivery dates for your item is based on availability and the shipping options you choose. In stock Items are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours (often within 24 hours).
Average Delivery = 3 to 5 working days

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from Firebusters Australia are dependant upon the a weight calculation. Note: the weight listed on your order may be greater than that of the product to ensure our system generates an accurate cost.

If you purchase a group of different items, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee. Note: if for some unforseen reason the shopping cart calculates the shipping incorrectly we will add or delete charges accordingly - after we have notified you.
